Christoph Freisler

I'm Christoph Freisler and have been a professional Hairstylist in Munich, Germany, since 2010. I'm fascinated by my job, and I am always interested in protecting the environment by working with natural plant-based products and avoiding plastic. Personally, I would like to contribute with my work to create sustainable hair care products that meet the needs of my customers and at the same time protect our planet.

Carlos Rascon Lujan

My name is Carlos Rascon Lujan, and I'm originally from Mexico, but currently live in Munich. I've been involved in my familie's business, a pecan nut farm in northern Mexico, since 2012. We avoid chemical products and pesticides and produce our own natural fertilizers to grow healthy and chemical-free pecans. The creation of new life and the release of oxygen from the pecan trees inspired me to protect our environment.

During a trip to Mexico, we decided to combine Christoph's hair care expertise with Carlos' knowledge of the benefits of pecans to achieve our overall goal of protecting our environment by using natural ingredients and excluding plastic packaging. This is how P`KAN Cosmetics was founded. Our vision is to become an international cosmetics company that manufactures organic and sustainable products and provides access for customers around the world. We want to make people aware of the need to protect the planet, and to avoid plastic as well as non-biodegradable products.

P'KAN is a cosmetics brand for natural, organic, and cruelty-free handmade solid shampoos and conditioners. All of our products are based on pecan nuts, which are produced in a family business in the north of Mexico. Due to their nutritional values, pecans are an excellent source of L-arginine and are reich in amino acids that stimulate blood flow to the hair follicle. This promotes healthy hair growth and prevents hair loss. In addition, our products are not packed in plastic.
